1. Introduction

Welcome to SearchTube AI, a software as a service (SaaS) product managed by Myika Technologies Sdn Bhd ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Malaysia. By using SearchTube AI ("the Software"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Software.

2. Customer Support

For any questions, concerns, or assistance regarding the Software, please contact our customer support team at hello@kingbearai.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.

3. Video Quota (Tokens)

To analyze videos using the Software, Users may need to purchase video quota, also referred to in the app as "tokens," denoted by a white fish logo. The following conditions apply:

• One token is equivalent to 6 minutes of video to be analyzed, rounded up to the nearest minute.
• Video quota (tokens) purchases are one-time transactions and not recurring subscriptions.
• Users can choose to purchase additional video quota (tokens) at any time, typically when their current quota has run out or is nearly exhausted.
• Other features, such as using advanced settings and better AI models to analyze videos, may incur additional cost in tokens.
• All requests for refunds of video quota (tokens) will be processed and either rejected or approved within 14 days of submission. Refunds are only available for unused quota, and any request for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests for refunds on used quota or purchases made more than 24 hours prior to the request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

4. Disputes Over Quota Usage

If there is a dispute over the reported usage of video quota (tokens) while using the Software, please contact hello@kingbearai.com. A detailed breakdown of past charges and quota usage will be provided and explained within 72 hours of the dispute being raised.

5. No Recurring Charges or Subscription Plans

There are no recurring charges or subscription plans available for the Software. As such, there are no cancellation terms, as no automatic charges are set up for cancellation.

6. Promotions

Any promotions on the purchase of video quota (tokens), such as temporary discounts offered during the signup phase for new users, are valid only when presented to the user while they are logged into the Software. These promotions are specific to the individual user and cannot be transferred or applied to other users.

7. Use of the Software

SearchTube AI allows users to upload video links for analysis, using AI to answer questions regarding the contents of the videos. You agree not to misuse the Software or use it for any unlawful or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Using the Software to distribute harmful content such as malware, spyware, or viruses.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the videos provided for analysis do not infringe upon the rights of others and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must have the necessary rights to upload and analyze the videos through the Software.

9. Account Registration

To access and use the Software, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for an account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy and security seriously. By using the Software, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myika Technologies Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes related to the Software shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
